Sticking with your new years resolutions is a difficult task for a lot of us. You know the old philosophers saying you can t eat the whole elephant at one setting. You eat it a little at a time. Because everyone wants it done now the gyms will be overflowing, people will start to change their eating habits, people will quit smoking and so on. There’s only one problem here: Most of us fail with our New Year’s resolutions. Resolutions are easier to make than to keep, which is why most people kick their resolution to the curb by the end of January.
